Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026.

Fajrr is operated by Nafil Syahda, an individual based in Indonesia. This policy explains how the current Fajrr iPhone beta and https://fajrr.nafil.cc handle information.

Recitation and microphone access

Fajrr requests microphone permission so you can record your selected recitation when you choose to begin. Recitation recognition runs locally on your iPhone using a model included with the app. Fajrr does not upload these recordings to a recognition server.

Recordings are saved as temporary audio files inside the app’s storage. A new recording replaces the previous file used by that recording flow. A recording may remain until it is replaced, the operating system clears temporary storage, or the app’s data is removed. It is not necessarily deleted immediately after a check. Recognized text and match results are held in the task’s state for checking and feedback and are not automatically uploaded by the app.

Alarms and preferences

The app stores alarm configuration, selected tasks, guidance, sounds, appearance, prayer settings, and session state locally. Relevant alarm information is provided to Apple’s AlarmKit so iOS can schedule and present system alarms. The current beta does not offer account-based cloud synchronization, account login, or purchases.

Location and prayer times

You may allow location access while using the app, or select a location manually. The selected place, coordinates, timezone, and prayer calculation settings are used for local prayer-time calculations and alarm scheduling.

Place search and reverse geocoding may use Apple services. Queries or location information needed for those requests are handled by Apple under its applicable privacy practices. See Apple Maps & Privacy. This is separate from local recitation processing; the app is not entirely network-free.

Permissions and reminders

Alarm authorization lets Fajrr schedule system alarms. Microphone permission enables recording. Location permission helps select your place. Optional notification permission supports local reminders. Alarm and notification permissions are separate. You can review permissions in iOS Settings; disabling a required permission can affect the corresponding feature.

Support and diagnostics

If you email hello@nafil.cc, incoming messages are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail, where Nafil Syahda reads and handles them. Your mail application and the email providers involved also process the message. Nafil Syahda receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and attachments, to respond to your request.

Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support. Contact hello@nafil.cc about information you have sent or to request deletion. No support-message retention or deletion schedule has yet been established; this policy does not promise automatic deletion or a particular retention period.

The app keeps local diagnostic information for troubleshooting. In development builds, you may choose to share a recitation report containing recognized text, scores, task details, timestamps, and device/app information. Such reports are not automatically submitted by the current app code.

When the app is distributed through TestFlight, Apple may process beta usage, crash information, and feedback under TestFlight & Privacy.

Advertising and tracking

The inspected beta does not integrate an advertising or third-party analytics SDK. The current app’s recitation recordings are not used for advertising.

This website

This website is implemented as static pages. Its code does not set cookies, use browser storage, load analytics or advertising pixels, embed third-party content, or provide signup, payment, or contact forms. Fonts, styles, and images are served with the site. Clicking an email link opens your chosen mail application; it does not submit a message through this website.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare processes request information, such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser and device information, and network/security metadata, to deliver and protect the website. Infrastructure-generated traffic metrics and security records are separate from the advertising or visitor-tracking scripts that this website does not use.

Cloudflare also sends Network Error Logging headers, which can let supported browsers report connection failures to Cloudflare. This is hosting-level error reporting, separate from app recitation processing.

Fajrr does not run a separate application server, request-log database, or logging/export integration for this static website. Cloudflare’s own infrastructure records are handled under its service and privacy practices; Fajrr does not promise a specific deletion period for those records. Cloudflare describes retention according to processing purposes and legal obligations rather than one universal period. Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website delivery and email forwarding; Google provides the Gmail mailbox used for support. These providers operate internationally, so website request information and messages may be processed outside Indonesia, including in the United States and other locations where the providers operate. Their handling is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s policy linked above. Fajrr does not represent this processing as Indonesia-only or as having a single fixed retention period.

Your choices

You can change app permissions in iOS Settings and manage saved alarms/settings inside Fajrr when permitted by the active task flow. Removing the app normally removes its local container; device backups or Apple-managed records may be handled separately. The current beta has no account to delete. Contact Nafil Syahda about information you have sent directly or other applicable privacy requests.

Children and privacy questions

This policy does not establish a product-specific minimum age. Applicable age, consent, and parental requirements still apply. A parent or guardian with a question about information a child has sent to Fajrr can contact hello@nafil.cc.

Privacy requests and applicable rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your personal information. Contact hello@nafil.cc to make a request. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements; this policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
